Conflict is inevitable, whether it’s with a client or colleague, a spouse or your child, a neighbor or a stranger. The difference between stress and success isn’t if conflict happens, but how you handle it.
In this interactive and practical session, Tracy Callahan, an experienced Supreme Court of Florida Certified Family Mediator, will guide us through the five primary conflict styles and how to adapt them strategically to turn tension into trust and disagreements into productive, peaceful conversations and successful resolutions.
Having helped others navigate some of life’s most high-stakes disputes, Tracy will share how to approach conflict with confidence, clarity, and composure – transforming combative moments into opportunities for connection, collaboration, and growth.
By attending the program, you will leave with:
- Greater self-awareness: Identify your dominant conflict style and how it impacts relationships.
- Adaptability skills: A “style-switching” framework to choose the best approach for different situations, from boardroom negotiations to family disagreements.
- Practical tools: Mediation-tested techniques to de-escalate tension, find common ground, and maintain respect while resolving disputes.
- Confidence under pressure: Strategies for staying composed, persuasive, and constructive, even in emotionally charged moments.
By learning to cultivate calm amid challenges, you’ll unlock a more profound sense of peace and prosperity, where success is rooted in understanding, mutual respect, and a clear path forward.
