After 25 years as an expert in executive performance, relationship building, and team empowerment, Jeanie Coomber realized she was no longer invested in her work. Never being one to rest on her laurels, she made a seemingly crazy decision to shift her career. She used her own powerful intuition and confidence to convince others (including her husband) that it was the right move. And she has proven just that.
She earned her Warrior stripes through her own journey of stirring her intellect and evoking her soul, and she is still as relentless today about her personal growth as she was when she began her entrepreneurial journey.
Jeanie’s ultimate vision is to create a band of warriors in the workplace who are ready to go from the predictable to the potent. As part of achieving this vision, Jeanie launched Warriors at Work, a weekly YouTube show and podcast that discusses all aspects of the working professional’s life. From executive leadership practices to couple’s therapy, Warriors at Work provides a community where we discuss all the dimensions of our lives inside and outside of the office.
When Jeanie led a workshop for our Women’s Forum community, she taught us practical strategies for developing and projecting our “presence” to have greater impact and influence. We are pleased to share this recap and recording: Communicating with Impact!
Jeanie has been recognized by NJ Biz as one of the Best 50 Women in Business and holds certifications from Corporate Coach U, The International Coaching Federation, The NeuroLeadership Institute, and is a graduate of Columbia University Business School’s Personal Leadership program.
“Wouldn’t it be an incredible world if we could use soul and strategy in the same sentence? Or we could use intellect and intuition in the same sentence? Because it’s very present. It’s not something that we speak about very openly, but that’s the kind of world I’m trying to create.” -Jeanie Coomber
